The People Team is comprised of Employee Experience, People Operations, Talent, and Training & Education. These groups work closely together to bring in the best talent for Team Belvedere and from day one, make sure that all team members have all the tools they need to succeed and develop through their tenure.

Our team is looking to expand its efforts and hire a Recruiter to support the growth of Belvedere! The Talent Team is dedicated to hiring top talent across both our Campus and Experienced programs. We are looking for a results focused recruiter to source and attract exceptional talent to our company.

The successful candidate will partner with Hiring Managers across our Trading organization to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract both Campus and Experienced hires to Belvedere Trading with an emphasis on diverse talent. The Talent Team is continually raising the bar on what it means to attract top talent and provide a best-in-class recruiting experience for our managers and candidates.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships, be consultative in your approach, and comfortable working in a highly collaborative team environment.  The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment, remarkable organizational skills, and attention to detail. Belvedere Trading looks to recruit the best and brightest to join our teams, and our Recruiter will be imperative in that process.

What you'll do

    • Work directly with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop recruiting strategies to attract candidates to the firm across all levels including summer interns, entry-level, new graduates, and experienced hires
    • Coach key stakeholders on the best and most appropriate next steps
    • Act as the primary recruitment point of contact with key external partners including Universities, HBCU’s and organizations focused on diverse talent
    • Manage the interview and selection process, delivering qualified and diverse candidate slates to fill identified positions and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates.
    • Build relationships with your candidates to understand their key motivations and assess Belvedere Trading’s Core Values fit
    • Conduct industry analysis & trends to better understand the external market and  unique recruiting opportunities
    • Develop recruitment solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
    • Develops innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies for specific roles and ongoing needs 

What you'll need

    • Prior corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life-cycle recruiting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • ATS/CTS experience including tracking and managing candidates
    • An ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
    • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • An ability to negotiate effectively and use data to influence leaders
    • Results-oriented individual who thrives on challenge, growth, and change in a highly entrepreneurial environment

Work Schedule: Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours.  
Occasional nights and weekends. 
Amount of Travel Required: Occasional travel to off-site events and job fairs.
