Technology Program Manager

Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Technology Program Manager to join our growing Technology team in New York.  The ideal candidate can successfully manage a departmental roadmap and the organizational aspect of large projects. As a Technology Program Manager, you will gain intimate knowledge of our global technology stack and leverage relationships with colleagues across the world to ensure successful implementation of technology projects that have a direct impact on our business. You will be instrumental in implementing and monitoring the structure and performance of departmental workflows and processes by collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in Project Management, Business Development, Trading, and Technology spaces.

What You Will Do 

• Program, project, and process manage across all non-Development US Technology disciplines
• Lead the local implementation and monitoring of a global project management framework
• Centralize inter-departmental and inter-regional priority/project communication
• Develop and monitor team workflows and tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Prepare process analyses, development, and education across US Technology (including executive reporting)

What You Need to Succeed 

• 5+ years professional project/program management and quantitative process analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably STEM or information/organizational science)
• Extremely strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and communication ability (inc. English fluency)
• Working experience with tools for project, workflow, and KPI management (e.g. Gantt charts, Kanban boards, PowerBI)
• Working proficiency with scripting and/or research language (e.g. Python)
• Experience using the Atlassian stack (JIRA + Confluence)
• Project Management certifications strongly preferred
