RFP Analyst | Executive/Manager

Join our leading global asset manager and growing team and become a key part of Macquarie’s Asset Management Client Solutions Group. Based in Sydney in the Product Development team you will work closely with the Global RFP team headquartered in the United States.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for supporting and owning processes including completing sales proposal and operational due diligence questionnaires, developing, and maintaining APAC specific content, and working closely with both the local and global teams on process, firm, and strategy content across Macquarie’s Investment Platform. You will play a vital role in promoting stakeholder engagement, and the execution of Request for Proposal’s and Due Diligence Questionnaires. You will partner closely with subject matter stakeholders across the firm to update, write and maintain certain strategy and firm language in our repository database.

What you offer

  • 3+ years experience working in the asset management industry with a strong understanding of investment strategies across asset classes
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit to assist with building capability and processes
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with sales, client service and investment partners to devise solutions for the most complex client needs
  • Highly collaborative, organised and able to prioritise tasks.
