Reporting to the Head of Licensing and Registrations, you will join the team as a key member and resource for stakeholders in respect of individual and entity licensing and registration matters. You will facilitate the workflow for the regulatory licensing, registration and designation of individuals by engaging and working with multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, providing relevant reporting, and preparing and submitting regulated entity filings.  In addition, you will assist with other information requests, coordinate responses and provide input into various regional and global reporting requirements, and assist on other ad hoc tasks and projects as required. You will work alongside regional compliance colleagues and business stakeholders, as well as global counterparts. 

Your 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a registrations role or in investment banking, regulatory or legal environment and good knowledge of securities laws and financial services regulation are highly desirable. Ability to work to deadlines, independently regulatory requirement analysis, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative for this role, which will require liaison with various levels of stakeholders, including senior personnel.
