Join a team of high performing Technology Risk professionals who partner with our Group Infrastructure & Personal Technology team, who are responsible for the management and operation of core and user technologies underpinning Macquarie’s critical business applications and services. Lead and drive a strong risk management culture with a team respected for ongoing innovation and delivery of leading technologies.
As a Technology Operational Risk Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders, and their internal customers, within the broader Infrastructure & Personal Technology team. You will work as an integrated team member delivering commercial risk based advice to key decision makers, fostering a proactive risk management culture, and ensuring Technology Operational Risk is managed effectively, in line with Macquarie’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
Reporting directly to one of our Lead Technology Business Operational Risk Managers and supporting senior members of the Infrastructure Technology Leadership Team, as well as other associated stakeholders, you will ensure ongoing Operational Risk Management as it relates to new and existing Technologies.

The ideal candidate for this position will have will be a motivated Technology Risk SME with 5 years experience, strong stakeholder engagement/management skills and a track record for pragmatic risk advice. A Technologist with sound risk management knowledge and skills will also be suitable for this role.
