Our Office Operations team is seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Coordinator to help manage the hands-on, day-to-day operational services in Optiver’s expanding London office. As a member of this team, you’ll be contributing to the broader strategic vision of developing and maintaining an office environment that aligns to our high-performing culture and creating a best-in class employee experience. This role will work on a shift pattern of either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

Optiver’s Office Operations team is responsible for the physical office space, facilities, health and safety, security, travel, events, catering, reception and office administration. We’re looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset to really make this role their own, to get involved in initiatives within the wider team and to drive the development and implementation of procedures.
