Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an experienced Zendesk Administrator to support our Zendesk development roadmap. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, this role will be critical to the scaling and growth of our Zendesk instance.

What you’ll do all day:

  • Collaborate with the Manager of Revenue Operations to distill business requirements into development criteria

  • Optimize processes and workflows to create efficiency, consistency and scale

  • Develop triggers, and automations to support business needs

  • Create reports and performs analysis on data as required

  • Manage and maintain integrations between Zendesk and other company systems and data management tools

  • Communicate roadmap status to technical & business stakeholders

  • Manage database hygiene and clean-up procedures. Ensure data quality and conformance  (monthly reporting, user clean-up, etc.)

The skills you’ll need to succeed:

  • BS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

  • 3+ years of software development experience building, deploying and scaling enterprise systems

  • 2+ years of progressive hands-on experience with design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a Zendesk environment. Proven experience with implementations to multiple business threads in a dynamic business setting

  • Experience with CSS, JavaScript, and Zendesk APIs

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
