Tibra's Global Finance Team is responsible for all financial and management accounting services for the Tibra Group. This includes, but is not limited to, processing all revenue and expenses, preparing all budgets and forecasts, looking after shareholder matters for the Tibra Group as well as direct and indirect tax reporting.

As Financial Administrator at Tibra, you can be expected to be involved in the following key activities:

 

  • Completing month-end reconciliation of cash position including bank reconciliations
  • Managing payment sign-off process and appropriate allocations
  • Monthly cost accruals and cost review
  • Prepayments reconciliation and preparation of related amortization schedules
  • Liaising with non-financial staff and effectively handle any queries
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Expense Reimbursement processes
  • Assisting financial report preparation
  • Preparing BAS (Business Activity Statement)
  • Preparation of Annual FBT calculation
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed assets and related depreciation register
  • Assist with forecasting process relating to expenses
  • Expense claims review in CONCUR system

 

Key skills & attributes

 

  • Ability to work in a time-pressured and dynamic environment with a high degree of accuracy and concentration
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for dealing with staff and issues at all levels

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new software applications and accounting software
  • Progressing through an accounting qualification or interest in commencing same
