Job Description

What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Campus Recruiter, you will partner with the Head of Talent and be responsible for learning the ropes in driving and executing key initiatives for Valkyrie’s Internship Program and enhancing a strong employer brand to attract and hire top talent on campus. You will build relationships with internal business partners, faculty and student organizations. You will manage the full intern recruiting life cycle. You will utilize your project management skills and creative thinking to attract talent through tech talks, career fairs, and other events. You will train and mentor employees for campus events as well as administer travel logistics, gather market data and develop campus metrics. You will support the Head of Talent with other day-to-day recruiting responsibilities adding significant value to our Talent Acquisition team. 
What You’ll Do:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 1 to 2+ years working with an ATS (applicant tracking system) platform and Microsoft Office
  • 1 to 2+ years of demonstrated success  recruiting at multiple universities in competitive markets for technical positions
  • Passion for networking and setting high standards for the candidate experience
  • Loves to travel! Will travel during peak campus hiring periods to universities
  • Excellent written/oral communication, detail oriented, strategic problem solver, pro-active approach
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
