IT Desktop Support Analyst

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Desktop Support role
  • Experience supporting Chrome, Microsoft Office, and Windows clients
  • Hardware experience with desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Experience troubleshooting client networking
  • Availability to work off-hours, such as nights or weekends occasionally
  • Ability to do remote support over phone and with remote access tools
  • Desk phone and mobile phone support

Desired but not required

  • Linux client support
  • Citrix Workspace troubleshooting and management
  • Microsoft Authenticator MFA
  • Client OS deployment with tools such as SCCM
