XTX operates a 24/7 model to support crypto trading, which operates around the clock.
The role will be primarily focused on trade support during the weekend, but it is not only this. Our team ethos is to develop robust and scalable solutions to improve the efficiency of the team and its processes, so the role will also involve automation to a large extent. With the guidance of the team, candidates will improve and develop new processes using a range of technical skills such as Golang and SQL.
The role will cover beyond just cryptocurrencies as the firm trades in various asset classes and operations run as a global team.
XTX are looking for technically minded candidates with enthusiasm, initiative and able to work autonomously. The role is an opportunity to contribute to a small team with new ideas and make a real and positive impact to the team itself, as well as the firm. The team has presence in London, Singapore, New York, and Paris. This role is for London.
Logistics: You will work normal hours Monday to Friday but, with advance notice, you will be expected to cover our weekend shifts if our weekend analyst is unavailable due to illness or annual leave. You would receive time off in lieu for the additional days worked to ensure you are well rested.
