Responsibilities:
- Execute trades and fulfill orders as directed by the Portfolio Management team
- Develop and maintain relationships with securities dealers
- Work with Portfolio Managers to continually analyze and evaluate portfolio positioning
- Study the market for investment opportunities, working closely with research team(s), to develop trade ideas based on relative value and fundamental analysis
- Other related duties as assigned based on team needs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business field
- Generally 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a related position
- Comprehensive knowledge of fixed income markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate sophisticated concepts, ideas and requirements
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Aladdin or other Order Management System, Bloomberg, other Electronic Trading platforms, and Microsoft Office
