We are currently seeking a detail oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational, research and writing skills, with two to five years of compliance experience to join our Compliance Department.

Your Role

  • Gather, review and synthesize relevant information and documents to complete and document compliance due diligence reviews.
  • Assist in implementation of compliance policies and review for potential process improvement opportunities.
  • Track and prepare reports on status and maintain electronic files and documentation for existing and new workstreams.
  • Assign and track training for relevant employees.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams, regarding legal documents (including NDAs, license agreements) and other items.
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes to relevant rules, regulations and laws.

What You’ll Bring

  • A BA or BS and a minimum of two to five years of related experience
  • Understanding of the markets and willingness to learn new and complex investment methodologies
  • Familiarity with the U.S. federal securities laws including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940

  • Intelligent, energetic and goal-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to confidently collaborate with various departments within the firm.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • A self-starter with the ability to follow through and complete tasks in a highly intellectual, collaborative environment.
