Descriptive Job Title: Overlay Implementation Specialist

Job Summary: Citi Overlay Management is responsible for managing over 30,000 accounts comprising over $12B in AUM. Citi is looking for a qualified individual to operate on a team of 6 in the direct management of Citi’s Unified Managed Account (UMA) and mutual fund and ETF wrap portfolios
Job Description: The Overlay Implementation Specialist will be responsible for trading in accordance with firm mandated investment changes, client directed requests, and external money manager across the board trades. The ideal candidate will have prior SMA, UMA and mutual fund Wrap managed account trading experience.
Knowledge/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience of UMA overlay management experience
- Strong understanding of UMA and SMA strategies as well as ETF’s, mutual funds, and alternative investments
- Previous experience with trade error corrections
- Experience with Fiserv APL required
- Experience interfacing with front office professionals (financial advisers, bankers, investment counselors and sales assistants) preferred
- FINRA Series 7/63/65

- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
- Ownership mentality with the willingness to handle sensitive issues
- Ability to grasp complex scenarios quickly and provide solutions beneficial to all stakeholders and clients
