Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success 
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Proactive attitude and adaptability   
• Willingness to travel 
• Positive attitude and passion for what you do 
• Bonus: Direct experience recruiting for trading firms, particularly on campus 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and spearheading the firm’s recruiting strategy 
• Actively sourcing and establishing relationships with potential future hires and schools/clubs 
• Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience by going above and beyond 
• Being a spokesperson conveying Da Vinci’s opportunities, values, and culture  
• Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders 
• Creating processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates
