Eclipse Trading is one of Asia's leading proprietary derivatives trading firms. Founded in 2007, we have over 100 employees across three office locations – Hong Kong (our HQ), Sydney, and Shanghai. The Human Resources Team are responsible for maintaining the Company's core values and culture, as well as the attraction of high-quality candidates. They are responsible for Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Employee Relations. Within each of these core functions, HR conducts a wide variety of activities, ensuring mutual benefit for both the Employee and Eclipse Trading.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead daily HR operations across the APAC region, including but not limited to medical & retirement plans administration, rental reimbursement scheme, performance management, employee relations, on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Initiate, implement and drive various C&B projects, including but not limited to policies review, HRIS implementation, annual compensation review, salary benchmarking
  • Oversee the payroll cycle and ensure payroll, MPF, benefits administration, taxation and leave management are processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
  • Manage all international transfer and visa application across different offices, including short and long term assignments
  • Handle HR data analytics such as headcount, absenteeism, attrition and other HR reports
  • Liaise with vendors in relation to overseas payroll, pension, insurance and tax authorities when necessary
  • Support other ad hoc projects assigned by management

What you offer

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 4 years of solid working experience in HR Operations / C&B, preferably in financial services or banking sector
  • Well versed in Hong Kong and China Labour Ordinance and related HR regulations
  • Detail minded, good numeric sense with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, while being a collaborative team player
  • Knowledge in processing visa application in Hong Kong and Australia
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Full working rights in HK
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
