The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment/human resources professional to join the HR team as a Campus Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the attraction, selection and acquisition of top-tier talent for our graduate talent pipeline.
You will be the primary point of contact for our future talent pipeline and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate hiring and internship programs. You will ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience and develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates as they move through our hiring processes.
You will work with our management to help design events and graduate sourcing strategies that meet the various talent needs of the firm. You will contribute to executing this strategy, including in-person and virtual career fairs, event planning and logistics, advertising/promotion, and resourcing. This role offers substantial scope for innovation and creativity in seeking out new ways to reach the greatest number of high-potential candidates.
Eclipse Trading focuses on two main graduate streams - technology and trading. Ideally, you will have experience in recruiting from one or both of these disciplines. The key to your success is your ability to partner and collaborate closely with hiring managers to learn the team and job skills necessary to hire successfully for each graduate role.
Our graduate recruitment programs draw talent from a range of locations around the globe including Hong Kong, UK, Australia and China. The role offers the opportunity to help develop new and innovative approaches to connecting with campus-level talent globally.
