PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assist in the development, delivery, and management of energy efficiency programs as part of the state utility commission approved energy efficiency portfolio to ensure cost recovery and minimize performance risk. Manage the process of 'Request for Proposals' and awarding of contracts to subcontractors and vendors delivering energy efficiency programs to utility customers. Coordinate with other utility departments providing program logistic support. Verify that products, services, and energy savings are delivered as required. Monitor, track, and provide necessary program performance data for measurement and verification purposes.
Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering utility energy efficiency programs to specific sector(s).
• Program and contract management experience are preferred.
• Understanding of Commercial & Industrial customer segments with knowledge of key energy saving opportunities.
• Strong and proven project management skills.
• Ability to work and manage the various aspects of accounting to properly track and report program performance.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations while taking ownership of projects.
• Willingness to take personal ownership of challenges and opportunities – process driven.
• Demonstrated team player that contributes to the success of the team.
