Investor Relations Manager

Flow Traders is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our Investor Relations team in either our Amsterdam or London office. The ideal candidate is self starter, quick learner and has strong process orientation. Investor Relations is a core function at Flow Traders and is the link between a listed company and the investor community. Alongside the Head of Capital Management and Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Manager plays a key role in facilitating the delivery of an effective investor relations function, providing clear and transparent communication of Flow Traders’ strategy and business performance to the capital markets. This job and its responsibilities enable you to rapidly get to know Flow Traders’ organization, processes and strategy as well providing the opportunity to work on various critical projects. It is a challenging, dynamic function in a high growth business environment. The work involves exposure to senior management and members of both Boards as well as direct contacts with investors and analysts.

 

What you will do

  • Day to day responsibility for the Investor Relations function
  • Develop an effective internal and external network to communicate Flow Traders’ strategy and business
  • Co-ordination of quarterly results process including drafting press release and supporting materials
  • Provide inputs into the annual and half year reports
  • Release of the monthly market update
  • Collect and analyze information about potential investors, the market and listed peers and provide regular feedback and reports to both the Management Board and Supervisory Board
  • Be the key point person for sell-side research analysts and shareholders / investors
  • Plan and execute the annual roadshow and conference calendar
  • Coordinate and input key corporate events such as a Capital Markets Update and the AGM

 

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related area (e.g. Economics, Finance, International Affairs)
  • Strong analytical skills including data analysis and presentations (including all key software (Word, Excel, Power Point), financial modelling skills a plus
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively interact across business functions
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Adaptable/flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances
  • Self-starter, quick learner, strong process orientation. Experience working in global business environment
  • Exceptionally strong English verbal and written language skills are essential
