The role

Reporting into the Events Manager, the role Events Coordinator will involve organise and attend a wide range of events throughout the year. You will select venues and organise smaller gatherings for private business meetings, as well as support the recruitment team with their events schedule.

You will bring experience and ideas to help continue the originality and variety of our events programme.

  • Annual Summer party
  • Annual overseas team weekends away

  • Executive Director dinners
  • Manager dinners
  • Manager lunches
  • Team socials and dinners

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years in an Events, Executive Assistant or Coordinator role
  • You will be creative, highly organised and resourceful, with an eye for detail
  • Experience organising large-scale events, including working with event organisers, sourcing caterers and tastings
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment
