WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring mangers
- Schedule on-site and virtual interviews for both campus and experienced hire roles
- Manage logistics for all on-campus and in-house activities including; careers fairs, meet-ups, interview days, and competitions
- Liaise with top-tier universities and targeted student societies to promote branding initiatives and increase brand awareness
- Organise marketing collateral to ensure that material is delivered to the required events
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle candidate queries
- Provide operational administration support where needed including employee data updates, recruitment logistics, contract generation etc.
- Where needed, coordinate travel and accommodation for candidates
- Identify, drive and implement improvements to the recruitment process logistics
- Collaborate with the recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to share ideas and best practice.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Ability to work well under pressure, in an extremely fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling recruitment and HR issues and enquiries
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime during peak season.
- Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills
