Overview:

  • Develop and execute a campus strategy specifically for your allocated technology pipelines that align with the overall IMC vision, including but not limited to; universities, events, programmes, societies etc
  • Use ideas, curiosity and market knowledge to set and execute innovative recruiting strategies, culminating in a driven and extraordinary candidate experience.
  • You will be part of a global team, collaborating on global initiatives and the global campus recruitment strategy.
  • You'll build strong relationships with our key business leaders - on a Global and Regional level - to develop a deeper understanding of their objectives, people, and challenges, in order to present the best candidates.
  • Represent the IMC brand externally at top universities selling our unique opportunities and company culture.
  • Work closely with student organizations on campus to promote branding initiatives and cultivate relationships with student organizations.
  • Manage & own the ongoing relationship and activities at your allocated universities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your pipelines including, but not limited to; actively screening and phone interviewing candidates as well as acting as candidate advocates in the final calibration
  • Work with key stakeholders to analyse, report and present key findings, identifying and driving changes where required
  • Oversee and execute recruiting events and branding initiatives at core universities

You have:

  • Experience pivoting between managing the operations of a busy recruitment team, setting the strategy & continuously reviewing the strategy throughout the season.
  • 3+ years of bulk recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime during peak season.
  • Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with organizations known for their forward-thinking talent practices and high bar for talent.
  • Effective communication and follow through to meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Energy and passion combined with poise and sound judgement to establish credibility and earn the respect of professionals in the firm.
  • Experience managing recruitment projects whilst delivering on day to day tasks
  • Strong self-motivation and multi-tasking skills. This role will require effectively setting (and resetting) priorities. Flexibility and resilience is key to pivot as priorities change.
  • Mental agility to adapt to our dynamic environment and business.
