WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A RESEARCH ANALYST
Monitor Indian corporate/macro news, sentiment and material catalysts;
Provide daily reports and commentary on themes relevant to our trading strategies.
Maintain constant expertise of Indian market structure, companies, economy and politics;
Collaborate with traders on strategies across market-making and position taking.
Assess impact of various corporate actions and upcoming events on pricing;
Communicate with other IMC Analysts across EU, US, Asia on trading research and strategies;
Perform analysis of covered companies to provide forecasts of dividend stream;
WHO YOU ARE
Master’s degree or higher in Economics/Finance/Business OR STEM from a Top University;
Bachelor’s with a CA or CFA qualification would also be sufficient.
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in financial markets, with an interest in equities;
Experience with Excel is necessary; Python/R/VBA is a plus;
Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills supported by natural curiosity;
Basic knowledge of Major Large-Cap Indian equities is essential;
Macro/X-Asset exposure a plus;
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
Skills to contribute and communicate in a team environment are essential;
Options knowledge including understanding of the Greeks is a plus;
