WHAT YOU’LL DO:
IMC is seeking a Trade Analyst to join the Mid Office team. The Trade Analyst will identify, investigate, and reconcile trade, position, and cash exceptions by working directly with trading desks and clearing firms.
Moreover, the Trade Analyst will:
Own the daily P&L substantiation, reconciliation and daily management re porting
Reconcile trading fees with exchanges and clearing broker
Ensure all current Middle Office operations processes and procedures are the most efficient and effective via continuous review
Collaborate with our Back Office / Business Intelligence IT team on specifications and improvements to middle office applications and tools
Provide operational support to trading desks
Perform ad hoc portfolio analysis and project work as needed
Arrange cash transfers to meet margin call and funding requirements
Work with the finance team on month end accounting booking.

WHO YOU ARE:
Academic degree in Finance, Technology and Data Analytics is preferred
Min. 4 years of working experience in a similar role
Experience with trade settlement with clearing firms – nice to have
Ability to adapt and embrace technologies
Strong problem-solving skills, and a habit of improving processes
Ability to combine strong tactical and analytical thinking skills
Tenacious, dynamic and curious personality with strong interpersonal skills
Motivated, proactive with a hands on mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
