About the Position

We are looking for a Recruiter to help us develop strategy and grow our recruiting efforts as we identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates into our Trading teams in Hong Kong. 

Our campus trading recruitment efforts are growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who will drive our recruiting strategy forward, partnering with other recruiting team members and internal business partners to make sure we are staying ahead of the curve. 

You’ll work alongside our seasoned recruiting team, delivering exceptional candidate management and thinking carefully about the strategy behind our approach. We are looking for someone who expertly manages their own workflow, contributes great ideas to help us improve, and partners with our internal stakeholders as we think about where our recruiting should go next.

Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success, and we pride ourselves on creating connections with our candidates, aiming to be responsive and helpful during the entire recruitment lifecycle. The right candidate for this position will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude. The ability to balance efficiency with genuine empathy for candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.

About You

  • 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Motivated self-starter who works effectively and can manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience in a related industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English required
