We are looking for a Sales Desk Coordinator to support one of the sales desks in our Hong Kong office. In this fast-paced role, you’ll serve as an expert coordinator on office logistics and operations, and be the “go-to person” on the team who knows who to call and what to do to get the job done.
You will balance a high volume and wide range of tasks, which will include booking meeting rooms, coordinating travel and expense reimbursements, organizing team-building and sales events (including negotiations with hotels and other event vendors), and proactively finding ways to help the team do its best work.
We are looking for someone with excellent people skills and a “no job too small” attitude. Your ability to multitask, find solutions, work with many different personalities, and recognize the nuances of the job will be key to your success. Sales Administrators will participate in a training program to learn the inner workings of the firm before joining the Sales team.
