About the Position

We are looking to hire a Recruiter to support our Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates for our Technology teams.

Our campus recruitment efforts are growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone to help us keep the momentum going. You’ll work alongside our seasoned Recruiting team, delivering exceptional candidate management, as well as being thoughtful about the strategy behind our approach. Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating interviews, sourcing and pipelining, maintaining real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and with data reporting tools, and assisting with various recruitment events. You will also be instrumental in helping to plan, improve, and run our internship and in-house programmes.

Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success, and we pride ourselves on creating connections with our candidates, aiming to be responsive and helpful during the entire recruitment life cycle. The right candidate for this position will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude. The ability to balance efficiency with genuine empathy for candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.

About You

  • 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within graduate software engineering or technology recruiting
  • Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
  • Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed, and get involved with administrative tasks where required
  • Motivated self-starter who works effectively and can manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Passionate about campus recruiting, in particular, Technology roles 
  • Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Fluency in English required
