Options Execution Trader
About the Position
We are looking for an Options Execution Trader to help us analyze new business areas, mediate between our clients and traders for price discovery, and execute all client option trades.
You will be joining a close-knit, highly motivated team that operates in a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. We rely equally on strong analytical thinking and the ability to engage with others in a thoughtful way.
The role will require fluency in option greeks, risk, and structures. A solid understanding of options pricing and the ability to use mental math will be imperative during high-paced options execution.
The right person for this role will embrace the cooperative spirit of our team, and enjoy helping people and solving hard problems.
About You
- 5-10 years of experience in an execution trading or brokerage/account management role
- Deep understanding of all forms of options quoting and execution
- Excellent communication and people skills; enjoys working collaboratively
- Able to think critically and implement ideas in a fast-changing environment
- Likes to learn new things and teach others what you know
- Top-notch planning and analytical skills
- Attentive to detail, organized, and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement
- Fluency in English required
