Vice President | Risk Culture and Supervision

Join our fast paced and diverse Commodities and Global Markets Risk Culture and Supervision team, supporting delivery and enhancement of our existing supervisory tools and control suite, as well as conduct related processes.  We are a first line of defence team, dedicated to the critical areas of risk culture, supervision and conduct.

What role will you play?

You will be the first point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the Risk Culture and Supervision team’s program of work, where you will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor providing guidance to business colleagues and stakeholders across the ANZ region.

 You will be responsible for supporting all supervisory control and system queries, designing and delivering supervisory training and reviews, be the local lead on conduct related issues and the local representative in relevant governance meetings and assist with preparation of management reporting. 

What you offer

  • Highly motivated senior risk SME with 4+ years’ experience within financial services within first line risk
  • A solid understanding of financial markets, supervisory controls and front office supervision and related rules / industry better practice.  Exposure to other financial or commodities trading businesses would also be beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and risk colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence.
