We would welcome a broad range of technical backgrounds and expertise to this role. As a guide, you may hold a degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g., Statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, data science, economics, but this is not essential. Experience working with unstructured data, and/or advanced analytics with a view to understanding and modelling behaviour would be highly regarded, but also not essential.

You will have strong attention to detail, apt time management skills and a nuanced ability to communicate technical concepts and findings to different audiences. You will be driven by a desire to continually learn and develop both your technical skillset and subject matter expertise to inform fit-for-purpose insights approaches and champion analytics best practice. In addition to your technical expertise, your ability to think strategically, flexibly and recognise opportunities will set you up for success. You will be working closely with the team to bring practical ideas and innovations to meet evolving demands for behavioural insights and shape new analytics use cases to bring our strategy to life.
