What role will you play?
In this role, you will be partnering with Central Services teams to provide independent oversight of the operational risk profile for Tax and Legal groups. You will have an excellent opportunity to apply your risk skills and financial markets experience to implement and further develop Macquarie’s operational risk strategy.
You will review and challenge the scope and outcome of risk reporting, targeted assessments, significant incidents, key risk indicators, projects and assurance activities and provide insights and advise on the best practice for design, measurement, analysis, evaluation and reporting of operational risk.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
