Commodities and Global Markets | Lead Business Analyst

- Build solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners and scrum teams

Our division is a global provider of specialist finance and asset management solutions across: Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT); Energy, Renewables & Sustainability; Resources; Structured Lending; and Shipping & Export Credit Agencies.
We have an exciting opportunity for you in our Oracle Lease Management System team. In your role as an experienced Oracle Lease and Financial Management functional lead, you will lead a range of initiatives and have the opportunity to work with global stakeholders to shape future processes.
This key role will be responsible for understanding of business problems, leading requirements gathering and functional solution discussion, and overseeing the functional delivery of the proposed solutions. You will assess new features offered by the vendor product and their applicability to the business to best deliver business value.
As a senior member of the team and the Lead Business Analyst, you will be guiding, leading and coaching other members of our business analyst community.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience
- A minimum of 8 years Oracle Lease and Financial Management experience in a functional lead capacity
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to analyse and challenge current process to identify gaps & areas of improvement
- Determine solutions, process & procedures appropriate for the business
- Ability to work at different levels across different disciplines
- Good understanding of technology and technical concepts
