Executive / Assistant Manager - Learning & Development Platform Operations

The L&D Platform Operations is an effective communicator, responsible for managing and owning aspects of FMG (Financial Management Group) L&D CoE’s platforms and their implementation initiatives with staff across Macquarie regions. She/He comes with a strong analytical bend of mind, is tech savvy, with working knowledge and understanding of various technology platforms and technology in general in the space of learning. She/He has an in-depth knowledge of industry best practices & LMS (Learning Management System) used in the L&D space. A strong business outlook and dedicated focus on building process efficiencies and enhancing our value proposition will be crucial.

Technical Skills:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in LMS management, account management, customer success management, in L&D space
  • Ability to manage projects by defining priorities, key milestones by calling out measure of success linked to set outcomes
  • Administration experience of Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Learning Management System (LMS) and/or other partner platforms to provide best in class user experience
  • Governance and management of existing suppliers and onboarding new suppliers when required
  • Managing change to implement new technical features in our LXP or partner platforms
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset to manage controls and risks
  • Solving learners technical and content access related issues to support consistent learning experience
    • Building & integrating new strategies to uplift existing capabilities of digital learning platform
  • Building periodic reports and dashboards using analytical tools and excel to provide update/insights to different stakeholders
  • Measure and report effectiveness of newly developed programs using defined measures

Required Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in verbal and written communication, and Stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Adept at working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Open to use communication platforms e.g. workplace, email etc. to promote the use of the training programs created by team
  • Being flexible with the work timings (as per business requirement)
