Senior Analyst, Operations Business Management
Join the Macquarie Operations Business Management team in Houston, and take part in a diverse and exciting range of work and projects.
Ops is a global team, responsible for business aligned trade support services such as middle office, trade validation, trade documentation and settlement support, as well as a range of group-wide services such as regulatory reporting, client lifecycle management, payments and treasury support, reconciliation services, and various Human Resources (HR) Ops services including; global payroll, onboarding, HR data and systems support, and mobility.

In this role, you will collaborate and work closely with all Ops teams and key stakeholder groups. A significant responsibility of this role is the ownership of the workforce management processes and reporting on behalf of the Division.
