Senior Change Manager/Change Lead | Financial Crime Risk

What role will you play?

You will play a critical role in implementing changes within the Financial Crime Risk portfolio. You will utilise your expertise in change management to facilitate the smooth integration of financial crime regulatory change and capability uplift. You will work at the portfolio level, helping define goals and objectives and work in more detail at an individual initiative level undertaking and/or guiding the development of change assessments and communication strategies. You will prepare targeted communications including presentations and briefing packs and newsletters, SharePoint content creation and maintenance, strategic planning, impact assessments, change plans, stakeholder matrix, training plans and related artefacts. You’ll work closely with the broader project team in the planning and execution of key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams, consulting with risk management experts and technology specialists.

What you offer

  • Experience in financial crime and/or regulatory programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field
  • Proven experience in change management or a related role
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practice
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project or change management certification is preferable
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Site content creation is preferable.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
