Energy Sales Analyst, Commodities and Global Markets

Our Commodities Energy Sales team based in Singapore provides our clients with commodities price exposures with risk management solutions including derivative hedges, financing, physical execution, and logistics across the full spectrum of commodities and in all regions.

What role will you play?

You’ll play a vital role in driving and supporting business revenue growth, establishing new client relationships, and servicing our existing clients based in the region. Your focus will be to build and manage the region’s corporate commodity clients, primarily providing marketing energy, and agriculture risk management solutions as well as looking at physical commodity and financing opportunities. As a sales orientated individual, you’ll be responsible for driving new business with a focus on developing our Asian client base.

What you offer

  • Degree qualified with at least 1-3 years of experience in a client facing or sales execution role within the Commodity markets
  • Highly commercial and have a good understanding of the Commodity market in Asia, this includes understanding of operations, logistics, derivative pricing, hedging and risk management
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin languages will be advantageous as you will have frequent interactions with our China clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to seamlessly interact with stakeholders and senior executives within a fast-paced environment.
