Senior Data Engagement Manager

Are you a passionate data engagement manager with financial services risk management experience and seeking your next opportunity?

This is an exciting new opportunity to assist in building Macquarie’s data and analytics capabilities within the Non Financial Risk space.

As a Senior Data Engagement Manager, you will own relationships with stakeholders and lead various initiatives, overseeing the design, development, and utilisation of data for risk management use cases

You will be responsible for:

  • Foster relationships with a broad network of internal stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in risk
  • Define and deliver a strategic roadmap of high-value data initiatives and use cases
  • Ensure data resources and data priorities are aligned with business objectives
  • Project manage and lead a cross functional delivery team of data Engineers, data management analysts, report developers  and end users
  • Champion data products and assist customers with gaining insights and value by using data

About you

To be successful in this role you will have experience managing senior stakeholders in a client facing role, ideally with at least 5+ years combined experience in either data and analytics and or financial services/banking

A natural leader, your ability to motivate and influence others will be well evidenced in your effective communication style

You will also be passionate about using data to solve business problems and expanding the use of data in new applications.
