Our division is a global provider of specialist finance and asset management solutions across: Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT); Energy, Renewables & Sustainability; Resources; Structured Lending; and Shipping & Export Credit Agencies.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead our Business Analyst practice, responsible for a team of business analysts as part of the Oracle Lease Management System team.  In your role as the BA Practice Lead, you will lead and coach other BAs in all aspect of business analysis including requirements gathering and documentation, user story creation, solution discussion with product team, overseeing functional delivery of proposed solutions, communications, and engagement with global stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

The team will benefit from your vast experience, across agile and waterfall methodologies, in delivering incremental benefits as part of scrum team to being a lead BA in large scale implementation.  You will lead by example and be hands-on working alongside those you coach to foster best practices.  Not only will you set guidelines and principles for the team, you will help cultivate the right culture for motivation and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have and be able to demonstrate the following experience:-

  • A minimum of 10 years business analyst experience in asset finance or banking industry, and a minimum of 5 years in a lead position
  • Proven experience in coaching other business analysts
  • Ability to analyse and challenge current process to identify gaps & areas of improvement
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work at different levels across different disciplines
