If you have a high achievement drive and an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a track record in investments and a natural interest in a global green economy, then this could be the opportunity for you.
With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Economics or Finance, you will have at least 3-4 years of experience in energy, investment banking or private equity, ideally with hands on experience in M&A activities. You will have demonstrated capability across transaction sourcing and execution, as well as deal structuring, project financing and other debt structuring solutions for energy investments. As Associate, you will also be very proficient at building complex financial models and valuation concepts and providing oversight to Analysts (less experienced candidates will be considered for Analyst level). Experience with green energy projects across the project lifecycle and/or across different geographies is highly preferred.
You will be self-motivated, commercial, inclusive, collaborative, and collegiate with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to demonstrate an analytical mindset and a proven track record of being able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision.
