Compliance Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Executive to join our team. You’ll collaborate across teams and regions, playing a pivotal role in supporting key compliance and regulatory activities.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be involved in performing global processes and controls for the Support Group Compliance team activities, including employee compliance advisory, change management reviews, incident management and periodic updates to local senior management. You will also be responsible for delivering Compliance induction training to new starters in the Manila/Gurugram office.

What you offer

  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
  • Experience and proficiency in using MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI is highly regarded

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
