Compliance Manager, Regulatory Risk Team
Come join the Regulatory Risk team in the Americas as a Manager. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to gain deep insight into the Americas regulatory environment and Macquarie’s diverse businesses.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Reg Risk team, focusing on regulator engagement and enhancing our key regional compliance programs. You will support our US regional compliance program by assisting with the drafting of key compliance documents and having oversight of incidents and issues. You will be responsible for the compliance testing program for a key regulated entity, requiring you to liaise with business and support group stakeholders. You will also manage regulatory inquiries, regulatory examinations and other regulatory requests, requiring sharp communication and analytical skills.
This Manager position will suit a detail-focused self-starter with 4-6 years of previous experience gained at a financial institution. To be successful in this role you will need a law degree, undergraduate or graduate degree , and excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You will be solutions-focused and highly detail-oriented, even when working under tight deadlines.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
Salary Range
Salary range for this position: $118,000 - $162,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
