The role of the CGM Business Operational Risk Management (BORM) team is to facilitate the continued improvement in processes, controls and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses.

To be successful in the role you will have ideally 3-5 years work experience in a position related to financial/lending product risk management. Alternatively, experience in Sales and Operations would be also considered. Your with have high achievement drive, with strong resilience and tenacity. An innovative mindset, strong relationship building and collaboration skills, and commitment to integrity, with see you not only successful in this role, but a trusted advisor.
