Manager/Senior Manager, Senior Investment Strategist

What role will you play?
In this front office role, you will contribute to the growth of our business through client interactions and business management initiatives. Developing close working relationships with the fixed income investment and client solutions teams, you will present solutions and market themes to internal and external stakeholders (including wholesale/institutional clients, researchers, advisors, consultants and prospective investors in one-on-one meetings). Using your ability to identify investment trends and themes, you will develop new products and initiatives for our clients and business. Working closely with the global head of fixed income and head of ISS Australia, you will establish business strategies aligned with Macquarie Asset Management Credit’s ambitious business growth goals and lead internal projects driving strategic initiatives and projects.
What you offer

Relevant experience in the funds management industry

Passion for investments and fixed income

Investment savvy with an ability to be technical but also simplify and communicate complex concepts to a broad audience

Confident presenter, able to read the room, connect with your audience and build strong relationships

Stakeholder management, prioritisation/time management skills as well as being able to ‘step into the weeds’, where needed.
