Marketing Analyst - Financial Advisor - Retail Channel

Are you a highly motivated and creative marketing professional?  Join Macquarie Asset Management to support the execution of marketing strategies across the US retail advisor channels aligned to distribution priorities for the business. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas including Sales, Relationship Management, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Design, and legal/compliance staff, in order to see initiatives through to completion. The role is based in Philadelphia / New York and reports to the head of retail channel marketing.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Assist in retail channel marketing efforts for Macquarie Asset Management’s US retail business, Delaware Funds by Macquarie.
  • Work closely with channel marketing colleagues, product, and distribution teams transform business partners’ objectives into effective deliverables and support product campaigns, content development and curation, and advisor communications.
  • Support sales enablement and content syndication through email, social, content, events and digital experiences.
  • Assist advisor engagement efforts that are strategically aligned to specific business goals
  • Assist in the production and syndication of marketing materials, such as advisor email distributions, video, email copy, print collateral, websites, webinars and more.
  • Collaborate with email automation team, social media, thought leadership and other partners
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deeply understand selling processes and account nuances, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as the voice of the advisor to the broader marketing organization
  • Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors where appropriate
  • Analyze campaign and marketing metrics on an ongoing basis to determine success and provide insights based on data and feedback on how to improve future endeavors
  • Support distribution needs with appropriate marketing resources

Your background will include:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing and/or channel marketing experience, preferably in financial services or asset management  
  • Experience working within Salesforce or another CRM a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience developing communications strategies and delivering targeted marketing plans designed to deepen advisor relationships
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with brand and marketing strategies
  • Curiosity to learn about a global asset management business
  • General understanding of asset classes, mutual funds, and ETFs

  • Highly organized individual that is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Time management skills to work independently
  • Strong ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to interact well with and inspire confidence of senior management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with writing, proofreading, and editing

Salary range for this position: $42,500-$115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
