Real Estate Asset Manager Analyst

What role will you play?

You will be assisting with the asset management of office and logistics assets within the Central and Eastern European & Nordics portfolio, including budgeting, marketing and leasing, capital expenditures deployment, work health & safety and environmental, social and governance related initiatives. You will cooperate and support the Transactions team on acquisitions and disposals from an asset management perspective.

 

What you offer

  • 1-2 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • An overview of the preparation of asset-related reports, data, and cashflows.
  • Business level written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with Argus software is highly desirable.
