Business Analyst | User Experience – Manager / Senior Manager

The Strategic Automation team partners with the Commodities and Global Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of enhanced automation platforms using enterprise-grade applications.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will form a deep understanding of user needs to be able to capture, define and develop solutions using business transformation capabilities. You will deliver an enhanced user experience by partnering with our business and data teams to identify areas of improvement and design solutions that optimise outcomes, and with our technology teams to ensure a seamless experience from requirements gathering through evolution of solutions into production.

What you offer

  • Strong enterprise level analyst skills gathering requirements, evaluating improvements and designing outcomes or solutions in a complex business landscape including a minimum of 4-6 years hands-on experience
  • Excellent ability to processes, interpret and document key business processes, through stakeholder engagement and analysis of data with an understanding of workflow design, integrations and data management
  • A solid understanding of data management in a financial service setting
  • Experience monitoring outcomes through understanding key metrics and user satisfaction
  • Previous experience working within an Agile framework and documenting requirements using a range of digital tools would be advantageous.
