Asia Pacific Delta One Trader
With a proven track record of profitability, you are a risk manager as well as a risk taker. You will be working as an Event, Corporate Actions or Index Trader alongside a team of highly motivated individuals to carry out delta-one trading activities across various Asia Pacific markets from our Hong Kong or Sydney office.
You will trade listed and OTC products such as stocks, ETFs, stock/index/dividend futures, forwards, and equity swaps in order to maximise risk-adjusted returns. You will be involved in some or all of index trading, corporate actions/event trading and other principal trading strategies. You should explore, identify, pitch and execute upon new trades, strategies, products and markets.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience in the pricing and trading of delta one products/strategies and have prior experience with Asian markets and regulations.. You may know how to conduct portfolio optimisation using multi-factor risk models or have knowledge of systematic trading strategies. You will also bring a strong proficiency with risk management systems, trading platforms and execution algos. Technology skills in Python are a plus.
