Lead a team of Technology Risk professionals based in Philadelphia and partner with the Business to drive a strong Risk culture and outcomes.
This role will see you responsible for ensuring Technology Operational Risk is appropriately identified, reported, and consistently managed within the Macquarie Asset Management Technology division, and in line with Macquarie’s Operational Risk Management framework and associated policies.
You will be a trusted advisor and partner to senior technologists as they deliver and manage critical technology solutions. You will lead discussions with staff at all levels including Executive level business & technology leaders and your global risk management colleagues.
Bringing your drive for continuous improvement you will identify and work with colleagues to implement automation opportunities and effectively manage risk with a commercial focus.
You will report directly to one of our Global Technology Risk Leaders and have the opportunity to join the Technology Risk Leadership team. You will work directly with senior members of Technology management teams globally as well as other associated stakeholders.
You will either be a seasoned technology risk professional with over 15 years’ experience, or an experience technologist seeking a tangential opportunity that will broaden your horizons and set you apart from your peers.
If you have a sound understanding of Operational Risk Management in a Financial Services and Investment Banking environment with working knowledge of Asset Management, Investment Management, and Private Equity business processes preferred
