This role will see you work as a key member of the Regulatory Risk team supporting our US broker-dealer Compliance program. You will be primarily taking responsibility for regional compliance reporting, including regulator interactions, compliance incidents and material events to senior management, reviewing the firm’s adherence with specific regulations as well as drafting policies and procedures to reflect regulatory and business changes. You will be engaging directly with various stakeholders to maintain and ensure accuracy of compliance data. You will also assist in a variety of global, regional and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
This Analyst position will suit a highly organized individual with 1 - 2 years of previous experience gained within a financial services firm or law firm, and experience with the US regulatory environment (including broker-dealer, investment adviser or banking regulations). To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and to be highly detail focused.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
Salary Range
Salary range for this position: $77,000 - $91,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
