Manager / Senior Manager - International Equity Sales - Macquarie Capital ANZ
Reporting to a Senior Manager within the International Equity Sales team, your experience in the equity market and depth of relationships will complement the current market-leading sales and account management team at Macquarie. We wish to further broaden the depth and breadth of global institutional reach by adding an experienced sales professional to the team. The successful candidate will be based in our Sydney office.
The exact make up your existing relationships, locally and offshore, can be flexible with the requisite characteristics being a track record of building trusting relationships, sound equity market knowledge, and critically, a team-first culture. Experience in international equity sales is highly regarded. Equally important, we are looking for team players with strong interpersonal skills and the tenacity to drive improved outcomes on an industry leading platform.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of client interaction. You will work within a collaborative sales environment with a supportive management team.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in international equity sales
- Strong team working skills, and be able to build and maintain efficient business relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Track record of driving successful outcomes through initiative and self-motivation
- The ability to manage day to day relationships with global hedge funds, long-only funds and superannuation funds, ensuring that our international product is disseminated
